We specialize in building close tolerance, small to medium size, plastic injection molds and die cast tooling up to 36x48".

Our programming and mold designs are done in house with Mastercam CAM software and SolidWorks CAD software. With our powerful 3-D computer system we are able to read and create solids and 3-dimensional surfaces. From these solids and surfaces we are able to generate full 3 axis cutter paths which are sent via a direct link to our machining centers.

We use the newest Agie Elox CNC Sinker EDM with a 25-position automatic electrode changer that allows for full, unattended, lights-out operation.

For your convenience, you may e-mail or FTP your CAD files to us and we can download them directly into our CAM system.

Our 4,000 square foot climate controlled facility is conveniently located 35 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, Texas and 45 minutes from DFW airport.
